LOLA BROWN-SEN GUPTA

Lola Brown-Sen Gupta had a passion for science and discovery and spent much of her career working as a medical technician. Her professional experience was particularly valued by the Carolina Raptor Center where she was a volunteer for over 12 years. Lola played an important role in the enhancement of the Center’s treatment and release program, improving the lives of thousands of birds. After her passing, her family made a gift in her honor that enabled the Center to purchase vital equipment to expand care for the raptors and to provide educational opportunities for biologists and veterinary students alike.
