BOARD
The Cultural Trust's Board is comprised of 15 members and includes representation from the Arts & Science Council, Foundation For The Carolinas and the cultural organizations with funds at the Cultural Trust. Seven members are appointed by the ASC, including the ASC President and ASC Board Chair. The six cultural organizations with the largest endowments are entitled to appoint a representative to the Board of the Cultural Trust. A seventh representative is elected every three years by the executive directors of the smaller cultural organizations with funds at the Cultural Trust. Foundation For The Carolinas also appoints one board member. All board terms are three years.
